LOG of ASSETS

    The Log of Assets is used to help reconfigure a system or a computer back to its original configuration after some type of catastrophe.  The log will contain a list of installed programs and directory structure as well as registry information about the hardware that is in your computer and how it is configured to work with the software.  The Log of Assets will be generated and maintained by your assigned Mobile MIS representative.
    Remote technicians may also use the log providing you telephone support.  How many times have you called for advise or support and the technician on the phone asks you a question about your computer that you don't know the answer to.  When you call Mobil MIS for phone support we will have a full log of your computer assets at our fingertips.
