The Computer Fixer is a service and repair shop that has been successfully servicing the small business market for over 20 years.
When you sign up
for this service, you are gaining the advantages of an in-house computer
"guru" without having to pay for a full time employee.
You set the agenda for our visits; we work for you while we are at your
site. We will have scheduled maintenance and system upgrades that we will
perform, but you can customize the services that you receive to match your own
critical needs. Need training? upgrades? Just ask your
assigned Mobil MIS Agent.
Permit me to take
a moment more of your time to explain this exciting new service and how it can
save you time and money. This is a yearly program of scheduled visits to
your location to perform the following services for your company:
1. Maintain a log of assets on all computer systems - to include hardware and software configurations. A copy of this log will be furnished to you upon request. Never forget a system configuration again.
2. Perform routine maintenance on both your hardware and software. This will help reduce downtime of systems due to hardware failures or software problems.
3. Keep all operating systems and programs updated with the latest manufactures released patches and hot fixes. This also includes updating your Anti-virus software, or installing and updating AntiVirus software.
4. Monthly data backups that will be maintained securely at our location providing an extra level of protection and peace of mind for you. This is an enhancement to your current backup system. Don't have a backup system? We will help you design and implement one so that you don't loose valuable data!
5. Network administrative functions performed as necessary - to include creating new user accounts, maintaining security of systems, configuration of Internet accounts, and other required or requested functions or services, as possible.
6. We can even help maintain and repair your printers!
7. Schedule system upgrades or changes - the labor is already paid for! We will even provide you with recommended upgrade paths and schedules for your existing systems. This is a valuable planning tool in today's fast paced computer market. Be able to budget forecast the costs so that you can manage your cash reserves.
8. Additional security of an off-site repair facility for those problems that require a full service approach. Or schedule new system builds to be delivered and configured at your next scheduled visit. We have a proven record of over 20 years in the computer service and repair industry.
9. In case of the really unexpected - you will receive preferential scheduling of service calls from The Computer Fixer to handle those problems that sometimes strike without warning. We will respond to our Mobile MIS customers on the same day when possible, but never later than next business day service. Guaranteed.
